The Vault (titled Way Down in various regions)[a] is a 2021 Spanish English-language heist film. The film stars Freddie Highmore, Àstrid Bergès-Frisbey, Sam Riley, Liam Cunningham, Luis Tosar, Axel Stein, José Coronado and Famke Janssen.[1]
Plot[edit]
The story revolves around a mission to steal a treasure from the world’s safest vault inside the Bank of Spain. A Marine archaeologist extracts a treasure from a drowned ship, but the Spanish government seizes it and locks it in a vault inside the Bank of Spain. A team formed by Walter Moreland tries to break into the bank and steal the treasure from the vault.[2]
